Mr. Usman, Muheedeen Bamidele

Usman Muheedeen Bamidele is a development strategist, infrastructure entrepreneur, humanitarian leader, and community development advocate with extensive experience in engineering, project management, and social impact initiatives.

He is the Managing Director/CEO of BMU Global Consult, where he provides strategic advisory services on community development and sustainable projects, and the Chairman/CEO of Bamidele Engineering Limited, a firm engaged in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and community-based projects across Nigeria.

A passionate advocate for social change, he founded the Dele Bajaj Humanitarian Foundation, through which he has championed educational support, youth empowerment, livelihood initiatives, and assistance for vulnerable individuals and families, positively impacting hundreds of beneficiaries. In recognition of his contributions to nation-building, community development, and youth empowerment, he has received several honors, including the Megastar Man of the Decade Award, the Ibarapa Youth Award for Impactful Contribution to Nation Building, and the Democracy Heroes Africa Young Iconic Personality of the Year Award.
